• I will respond to your form via email with a price quote for your piece. My process is entirely intuitive and hands on, I am unable offer sketches of a rough draft- however you may request certain details. The more detail and reference photos the better

• Half of the total price is due as a nonrefundable retainer fee to cover materials before starting + confirm your spot in my queue

• My turn around time is up to 8 weeks from the date the deposit is paid. PLEASE NOTE: I am a mother first to 2 small babies + am sick 2 weeks out of the month with a medical condition, there are times that I am late on deadlines. Please only order from me if you are okay with flexible time frames due to my current life circumstances I am up front about. You can see my many reviews to confirm that even if I am a little late sometimes, I do always deliver and I do it well <3

• Finished product will be shown to you upon completion

• Should you want to change something, I can do so for an extra fee. The price quote is for the item i originally envision and create!

• Should you decide after its completed you want a completely new product, you will need to pay a new deposit for materials- the first deposit and first item will be considered forfeited and sold to the public

• Once the final piece is complete, the full remaining balance is due within 2 weeks, nonpayment within the agreed upon timeframe will result in deposit and item forfeited

• I own the rights to all original designs and may recreate them for others/ use your custom piece as a stock photo for remakes
